    Description

Wells (Homer Laughlin) dinner plate in the "Monastery" pattern. The Wells series was named after William Edward Wells, the longtime general manager of Homer Laughlin who died in 1930. This particular pattern was J36, and the plate is in the Jade vellum shape. This uncommon pattern originated in the 1930s, and may have continued into the 1940s. The plate is about 10"x10" in size. While there are no chips, cracks, or breaks in the plate, there are some mild flatware use marks. Thus, the condition is "Used". The colors of the decals are bright. Questions are welcomed. Combined shipping is possible for multiple purchases. Returns are possible under regular conditions, with the buyer paying for return shipping. I usually ship with USPS Priority Mail, since this included insurance.
