    Description

This is an extremely fine pair of Vietnam War U.S. Marine Corps Officer’s dress greens lapel insignia on the original manufacturer’s card that remain in mint condition. They are constructed of stamped bronze with separately applied continents and retain virtually all the original black finish. Each insignia has an exquisite, separately applied twisted wire rope to foul the anchor. The reverse of each insignia is with a threaded post and a round brass threaded disk for attachment to the uniform. They are marked “592” on the back of the eagle’s left wing and are attached to the red flocked manufacturer’s box insert. Written in gold leaf lettering across the top is, “OFFICER’S EQUIPMENT COMPANY” and across the bottom, “USMC SERIAL #594”.
