USA/USN/USAF VIETNAM WAR GREEN COLORED HELICOPTER PILOTS FLIGHT HELMET

Description

This is a USAF/USA/USN VIETNAM WAR OD GREEN COLORED HELICOPTER PILOTS FLIGHT HELMET. It is in used very nice condition. It has all of the Communications Wiring, Boom Microphone, Snaps, OD Green colored Chin Strap, and Spring Earphones. The earphone black colored rubber is in great shape and they are both stamped with the part number. This is a early style helmet, as the earphones are mounted with nylon and they are "Spring" type fitted to your ear. The inside tan colored padding is in great shape as is most of the of the helmet. The visor is in nice condition and works fine. The visor has a not so common push button to lower and raise the visor. I don't know for sure what type of helmet this is, so I won't list my guess. APH or SPH? I have had this in my collection for many years. It just needs a little cleaning. The edge roll is dry and has some wear. Overall this is a very nice looking Vietnam War period helmet.
