OLD Style white on Olive Drab Master Parachutist U.S. ArmyThese are old cloth 'white on olive drab'
Master Parachutist Jump Wings of the United States Army
. These wings are in almost new in unsewn condition and are the older style used after WWII (1950 until 1969) . Most patches went subdued in 1969-70. These were worn on the Olive Drab cotton fatigue jacket and early jungle fatigue uniform. This set of Master Parachutist airborne wings is at least 60 years old! This is the full detailed feather variety and is the most desirable type for collectors.
Also included
is an old blue and white AIRBORNE tab that would have been worn above the 82nd Airborne Division or 173rd Airborne Brigade shoulder patch (and perhaps others). The Airborne tab is the pigtail variety!
These wings are like those illustrated in the Bragg and Turner book,
PARACHUTE WINGS
as B&T #1106. These are getting very scarce now days, so if you are trying to collect the various makers of US Wings, this is your opportunity to pick up an older one that is not made anymore. See Photos. A nice addition to any parachute wing collection. See my other auctions for more parachute wings and elite unit memorabilia. I will be listing a large collection of parachute wings on eBay, so if you are a parachute badge collector, check back often to see what is available.

AIRBORNE!
With the recent huge increase in U.S. postal rates and requirement for delivery confirmation tracking, we have had to increase the shipping costs for both domestic and overseas mailings.
Additionally the cost of International mail has more than doubled so we may soon have to cease mailing items outside the U.S.
Thank you for understanding.
