This is a  beautiful hand painted plate with rich enamels to resemble fine cloisonne
The plate is known a a Geisha plate but actually depicts a Goddess (deity in Japan)
Notice the Halo in gold above her head
You can always tell the difference between Geisha and Goddess, look for the halo
This one  measures  7-3/8" diameter
