Built with a basic faucet deck, so the customer can choose the best model that suits them. It also comes complete with a wall extension kit to fit in a standard 60” opening for ease of installation. All tubs would be shipped via L T L freight carrier to the 48 states. However, some rural areas, inaccessible roads or limited access for semi-truck. (deep hill, gravel road, long driveway, narrow road, private road, etc.) may not be deliverable by our contracted carriers and therefore, items may not be shipped to those locations or else any additional shipping cost occurred will be billed to buyer.

Shipping Note:
This item ships via motor freight carrier and will be delivered to your curbside. Please note that this is a very large and heavy item! (See specifications above) You MUST be able to make arrangements to get this into your home.
At the time of delivery please be sure to inspect the entire contents of the boxes to make sure there is no damage. Be sure to indicate any damage you find on the delivery receipt before signing. This is VERY important. We cannot replace a part if damage is caused by the shipping company and a proper claim isn't filed.

We make sure the customer is 100% pleased. Our team ensures that orders are perfectly packaged to minimize room for damage, check for the correct item and that it is shipped on time.
IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
Inspect all shipments upon arrival and before signing delivery receipts. If there is damage, you must refuse the shipment and describe the damage on the delivery receipt.
Simply write items arrived damaged. If the shipment is accepted and no damage is noted on the receipt, we reserve the right NOT to refund or replace your item/items.
Even with all of the extra measures we take to ensure a safe and complete transit , nonetheless, damages or shortage may still occur.
In case such an event should occur, in order for us to replace any item(s) free of charge or issue a credit, we ask you to inspect all boxes and note any damage/shortage on the delivery receipt (driver's copy).
After the driver leaves, please open and inspect all items and report to us if there are any problems on the item(s) immediately. Please be sure to keep all the original packaging for any returns.
