It is heavy Brass and has some wear for it's age presented in 2004 to celebrate the Company delivery from 1904-2004.The wooden base is marbled wood and very solid. On the bottom of the base it still has the commemoration emblem intact. It has four felt pads also.The figure is secure and very sturdy.

    Description

    This is a trophy-type figurine of the Badcock Home Furniture Company. Made in China.
    It commemorates the Horse Drawn Carriage delivery of one hundred years in operation.
    It is a brass horse and  carriage advertising HS BADCOCK  "Will Treat You Right" for the past 100 years.
    This is a heavy brass item but very sturdy and well intact on a dark wood base that looks burled and graduated layers to the figure on top.
    The bottom of the base has the Emblem of 1904-2004 Badcock 100th Year with customer satisfaction. It has 4 felt pads to protect the furniture.
    There is great detail in the horse figure as well with the old straw hat from yesteryear!
